Frankenstein, a magnificent novel written by Mary Shelley, was able to catch a reader's attention in an instance. Taking place in England the story of a scientist gone mad and the monstrous creature he created. Just the first few pages will let you see what the Shelley wants to get across, keeping you in touch with everything that went on in the life of Victor Frankenstein, which helps realize how far a human may go with science before it all goes wrong.

Too Smart can be Dumb?

In order to get through one's life, one must be smart about not only school, but in life as well. If all you have is school intelligence, you are nowhere bound to get through tough situations in your personal life. "University-trained genius, he is unable to see the monster's obvious strategy." Frankenstein did not realize what the monster that he created wanted to do with his wife, kill her. He was only smart enough to take precautions for himself and didn't realize he was supposed to take care of his loved ones first.
